Ms Nédélec is a German Patent Attorney, authorized representative at the European Patent Office and European Patent and Design Attorney. She has been working in intellectual property law since 2003.

She holds a diploma in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Berlin, with a major in semiconductor technology and communications engineering. After completing her studies, she starting working in France, followed by several years as a development engineer for integrated microwave devices and digital communications engineering with a major international group in Munich.

In addition to drafting new patent applications and filing applications with the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office, she writes validity analyses and is active in opposition, nullity and infringement proceedings.

Her technical focus in intellectual property law is on semiconductor technology, information and communications engineering, computer-implemented inventions, electronics and valve technology.
